Holymen???

[I have not read the novel. Note-Note!]

In 1/2 Prince the manga starts off naming the races.

According to the novel (I learned this through the wikia) Celestials once had wings [novel]. Now they are human-like [manga].

I thought that some characters were also Celestials but it turns out they are "Holymen" and that is a race of its own, which was not stated in the manga.

The wikia states that Holymen are "enlightened" beings. Does this mean that the character went through an "awakening" or "enlightenment" in the game, or are Holymen a base race?

If they are a base race, then what characteristics make them different from other races specifically?
